To date, Koppens have performed a number of high profiled projects in road infrastructure for DTMR, Local Governments and Private Clients. Water and Sewer Services
Our capabilities in water services are vast and include (but not limited to) the construction of storm waste and, chilled water pipelines, dedicated inlet and outlet mains, construction of mega litre water reservoirs, pump station construction and refurbishment, minor repairs to Local Government infrastructure. Koppens have successfully completed a number of water services projects for Local Councils and Private Clients in the Cairns and surrounding regions.
Urban Development
The Company have largely participated in a number of land developments throughout Cairns. Throughout this time, they have been involved in the development of a number of land developments from Babinda to Port Douglas. Koppens have also worked alongside a number of high profile Building Contractors for the completion of state of the art infrastructure in Cairns and surrounding regions.
Mining and Rail
Koppens have the capabilities and the resources to provide services to mining and rail operations through machinery hire, infrastructure development and general construction activities, ie. Batter protection works and bulk earthworks. Our experience in Civil Construction allows us to provide competent quality services and our innovative techniques and technology provide an advantage over others within the field.
Marine
Koppens have a number of key personnel with extensive experience in Marine Infrastructure. Koppens in house Marine qualified, Civil Engineer has successfully assisted in the achievement of a number of high profile projects in remote communities. These projects involved the construction of rock and concrete panel seawall, rock revetment wall and bund wall construction.
Bitumen
Koppens house an experienced Bitumen Seal and Road Construction team to successfully undertake Bitumen Sealing Operations in the Cairns and surrounding regions. Our projects include private and Local Governments and regions of operation range from Remote communities in Far North Queensland to Central Queensland.
Stabilising
Koppens offer an extensive range of stabilising methods to ensure the best result is reached for the unique project. A knowledgeable team paired with the latest in stabilising technology has been demonstrated on a number of high profile projects alongside National Wide Contractors. Koppens team are well experienced in all projects from minor local projects to large-scale multiple lane highways.
